Our Story

On The Day was born from a simple frustration: hiring temporary workers was too slow, too expensive, and too unreliable. Traditional agencies couldn't keep up with the speed of modern business.

We built a platform that cuts out the middlemen, connects workers directly with businesses, and makes the entire process faster and fairer for everyone involved.

On The Day is already live in private testing with a limited group in the UK. We’re now preparing to open it up more widely and roll it out to workers and businesses around the world.
