Posting is free. When you confirm a booking, 1 Job Token per worker is locked. If the shift doesn’t go ahead, the token is released. It’s only consumed when the job is completed and you’re satisfied.
Looking for permanent staff as well as shift cover? No problem, we’ve got you covered too. In addition to Job Tokens for shifts, you can convert great workers to permanent roles through On The Day with a simple, flat-fee structure agreed up front with our team.
